About Doctor
As a licensed classical Homeopathic and Naturopathic physician, Dr. Sullivan adopts a holistic approach, focusing on treating individuals rather than mere conditions. She believes that achieving wellness involves engaging the entire body, encompassing the realms of body, mind, and soul. Dr. Sullivan’s practice extends to individuals of all ages, addressing a diverse range of concerns spanning from anxiety and depression to issues like obesity, diabetes, hypertension, and even cancer.
Her treatment methodologies encompass a spectrum of natural approaches, including Homeopathic and herbal medicine, clinical nutrition (utilizing blood types as a reference), detoxification programs, vitamin and mineral supplementation, and guidance on stress reduction techniques. Dr. Sullivan is dedicated to instigating positive lifestyle changes, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Naturopathic physicians, including Dr. Sullivan, are committed to utilizing natural elements to normalize bodily functions and prevent ailments. Understanding that the term “doctor” means “teacher,” Dr. Sullivan emphasizes the importance of education in promoting health and wellness as an integral aspect of primary prevention. Primary prevention, she asserts, transcends routine medical exams like prostate checks, mammograms, or PAP smears, which fall under the category of secondary prevention. Instead, primary prevention entails cultivating a lifestyle conducive to maintaining test results within the normal range.
Dr. Sullivan has authored her first book, “A Path To Healing: A Guide to Wellness for Body, Mind, and Soul,” available for purchase on Amazon. Her upcoming publication, “Enough! When Sacrifice Has Gone Too Far,” is slated for release in 2015.
