Dr. Carlos Ramirez

Dr. Ramirez’s journey began in Chile, where he spent his formative years before moving to Northern Virginia at the age of 12. His early fascination with science led him to pursue a Master’s Degree in Immunology, igniting a passion for human medicine. Driven by a desire to serve rural communities, he pursued his medical education at the Autonomous University of Guadalajara in Mexico. Following medical school, he completed his residency in Family Medicine at Loma Linda University Medical Center in Southern California.

In 2014, Dr. Ramirez made the decision to relocate his young family to the Monterey Peninsula, where he continues to practice medicine with kindness, care, and compassion. Beyond his professional commitments, he finds joy in outdoor activities such as golfing, surfing, and skiing, often sharing these adventures with his wife and two sons.
