The Youth Services Division plays a pivotal role in organizing and managing various workforce initiatives aimed at younger demographics, particularly those between the ages of 16 and 24. These programs, which include the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Youth Formula, YouthBuild, and Reentry Employment Opportunities, are designed to assist young adults who encounter numerous challenges in finding employment. Our division not only leads the way in the workforce system alongside our grantees but also provides strategic policy guidance, administrative support, and specialized technical help to ensure these programs effectively meet the needs of our young adults.
